Founded in London, England, The XP Club is a global community for like-hearted people who want to tick off their bucket-list challenges while having a positive impact on the communities they visit. We partner with local charities and tour operators to host extraordinary events in incredible destinations.

In line with eco-tourism values, we believe every event we host should benefit the local population and ecosystem. Leaving a positive footprint everywhere we go is a key element of The XP Club's ethos.

purpose

The XP Club was founded by four people who grew tired of corporate conferences, dull team-building activities and the lack of like-minded individuals to travel with. Driven by a desire to bring humanity together in a positive and extremely exciting way using the concepts of travel and bucket lists - The XP Club is more than a passion project, it is a purpose project.
